TAFE NSW students Australia’s best

TAFE NSW students were an outstanding success at the recent 2008 Australian Training Awards in Darwin, winning three major titles.

The Australian Training Awards are held each year to recognise innovation and excellence in vocational education and training. Major category winners of the NSW Training Awards held in September each year go on to the Australian Training Awards, where they are up against the best in each award category from all over Australia.

At the 2008 NSW Training Awards six TAFE NSW students took out category wins. Major category winners Michael Donovan, Jill Morris and Brenton Pearce went on to the Australian Training Awards and have now been recognised as the best Australia-wide, winning national titles.
